(UTV) 2013 Polaris Ranger: Newer tires, hard cab with heater, has winch and snowplow.
Truck: 2008 Chevrolet ½ ton extended cab (4 Door) 4x4, has a few dings but overall a pretty good truck.
Pontoon: Sun tracer has flat type trailer, trolling motor, GPS, depth finder etc. canopy.
Trailer: 6x10 tilt bed utility trailer, (was used to haul the Polaris).
Mobility chairs: (at least 4 of them, different brands), mobility chair lift, ramps, receiver rack, etc.
Guns: Mossberg: 500 12ga pump, (believed to never be fired), Wards Hercules Model 10 12ga single (pretty good shape), Browning Lever 308 W/Redfield scope. Stevens model 15a single 22.
Tools, Yard Shed Etc.: 8x12 yard shed, 10x10 portable canopy, slightly used upright Husky air compressor, MANY hand tools and wrenches, sockets ect. (different brands), a few Snap-on & other, however mostly Craftsman. Gas grill, pitcher pump, AC unit for RV, fair amount of fishing gear (rods, reels, tackle etc.), wood burning stove, some chunked-up campfire wood, lockers, shelf units, stepladders, extension ladders, toolbox, Napa booster/charger, Century wire-feed (110), old torch (Prest-O-Weld) tanks and cart, tire balancer, large barn fan, power saw, several older automotive analyzing tools, hydraulic press, large floor-jack, tow hooks, porta-power, pressure washer, (see notes).
Household: Nice 3-piece bedroom set (queen), vintage hide-a-bed couch, antique small writing desk, gun cabinet, 2 pellet stoves, antique end table, stack-on washer & dryer, gas range, refrigerator (Frigidaire), dining table, more misc.
Notes: The garage has a lot of items that we could not see when we went to look at stuff. There are shelves, locker units & cabinets full of stuff that we will go through as we are setting up. Denny had a used car lot, and there are apparently tools, equipment, and things from that on the shelves and in the cabinets which we will find as we sort. Also, the cottage (house) was not looked into thoroughly. This is only a partial list! We are sure there will be surprises. As a reminder, this is a live auction! Humans selling to humans. Rain or shine! There are a carport and garage that we can use as shelter if need be.
Please plan to attend!
Home/Property: The home/cottage and property will be for sale on auction date. We have decided not to offer it by auction at this time. However, there will be an agent available.
