FAQ
Where are your auctions?
We are based in New Auburn, WI, on the Barron/Chippewa County lines, and we do on-your-site auctions in the surrounding counties as well. Consignment auctions mainly done on our site in New Auburn.
When are your auctions?
While we always hope for good weather, scheduled auctions run rain or shine with the exception of severe weather. Generally auctions are held spring-autumn.
Is a lunch available?
A lunch is generally available depending on the availability of staff and accommodations at the auction site. Lunch sales can often be provided by either the estate auction host/family or a local group such as the FFA, Band Club, etc. We will work with you to find the right option for who runs the lunch stand and where it can be located on site.
What if I only have a few items to sell?
A consignment auction may be the option for you! Consignment auctions are easy ways to sell all sorts of items even if you don’t have an entire estate to go through. We assign you a lot number, and all your items will be sold under that lot number. A lot can even be just one item, such as a vehicle or portable storage building. Lots can also be assorted smaller items like sewing machines, general household items, lawn & garden equipment, or hobby items.
How long are auctions?
This can vary greatly according to the size of the auction. Large estates may cover most of the day, but most auctions average 2-4 hours long.
